Refunds

We take great care in packing and shipping each art piece to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item is damaged during transit, we will gladly issue a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for art pieces damaged during shipping.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can process your refund with the shipping carrier.

Refund Process

  1. Email us at dyincraft@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the damage.

  2. Once approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exclusions

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, custom/personalized pieces, or items damaged after delivery.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
